Vilnius-based Oxylabs raised €113.6m led by Warburg Pincus at a €3.1bn valuation, ending an 11-year bootstrapped streak to become Lithuania’s second most valuable private company. Yann LeCun is also in talks to raise Extelligence Invest, a new €200m VC fund backing AI, data infrastructure, healthcare, robotics and deeptech startups.

  • Vilnius-based Oxylabs secured €113.6m from Warburg Pincus at a €3.1bn valuation, ending its bootstrapped streak after 11 years and becoming Lithuania’s second most valuable private company with over €305m ARR. Read more here.
