The UK is putting up some impressive numbers in tech. New figures show the sector has reached a £1.2tn valuation, with AI companies raising more than £8.2bn in the first half of 2026 alone and now accounting for 32% of its total value. At the same time, Berlin-based n8n announced plans to grow its UK team to 200 employees as London continues to attract some of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies.
