Plymouth-based Oshen raised €4.27m to triple production of its solar-powered ocean robots, the only ones that have sailed into a Category 5 hurricane and come back with the data, used by navies and weather agencies. Vienna-based Enpulsion also agreed to acquire Lift Me Off, a UK space propulsion company that's worked on European Space Agency missions, months after raising €22.5m of its own to expand into the US.
