Revolut just became Europe’s most valuable private company, as s fresh secondary share sale values the fintech giant at $115bn, up 53% from $75bn less than a year ago. Samsung is also in talks to invest roughly €1bn in Paris-based Mistral at a €20bn valuation, which would mark Samsung’s first direct investment in a foundation model lab outside Google.

  • London-based Arrakis raised €35.3m Series A to help industrial companies design, build and scale AI agents across aerospace, energy, logistics, manufacturing and telecommunications sectors. Read more here.

  • Lyon-based Brenus Pharma raised €11m Series A extension to advance its in-vivo immunotherapy platform targeting hard-to-treat solid tumours, bringing total capital raised to €38m. Read more here.

  • London-based Revolut confirmed a secondary share sale process at a reported €107bn valuation, allowing employees to realize liquidity on holdings and attracting new and existing investors amid continued expansion in new markets including US and France applications. Read more here.
