Elephant Company secures over €5M for frontline worker training

Elephant Company secured over €5 million in its latest funding round. EnBW New Ventures and Wepa led the investment, which also saw participation from SB21, Ventic, and business angels from high-growth firms including Flix and home24 SE.

The Berlin-based startup provides an end-to-end training and communication platform specifically for deskless workers. Its technology consists of a mobile field application, an AI-powered course builder that converts internal processes into micro-learning modules, and a dedicated AI assistant designed to provide context-aware answers to employees working in the field.

Founded in 2022, the company aims to resolve the disconnect between decision-makers and the approximately 70% of the global workforce that operates away from a desk. The fresh capital is earmarked for team expansion and the scaling of its technical infrastructure, including the Elephant Hub management system for content and knowledge administration.

As European industries face increasing efficiency pressures and a shrinking skilled labour pool, internal knowledge retention through mobile-first training tools is becoming a critical operational priority.
