Dex secures €4.52M Seed for AI recruitment software

Dex banked €4.52M in Seed funding to expand its talent-matching platform. The round was led by Notion Capital, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz’s Speedrun programme and Concept Ventures. Notably, the round also drew capital from individual investors at OpenAI.

The London-based startup develops an AI-powered recruitment platform designed to automate and optimise the talent discovery process. By applying machine learning to candidate matching, the software aims to reduce the manual workload for internal hiring teams and improve the accuracy of technical placements.

Founded by Greek entrepreneurs, the company maintains a strategic base in the UK to tap into the London venture ecosystem while leveraging its founding ties to the CEE and Southeast European regions. This raise follows the company's participation in the A16Z Speedrun accelerator, which focuses on the intersection of gaming and technology.

The deal reflects a persistent appetite among top-tier VCs for specialist AI applications that target specific enterprise inefficiencies like high-volume technical recruitment.
