Fuse Energy banked €25 million ($30 million) in a Series B extension led by 20VC and Collaborative Fund. Existing investors Balderton Capital and LowerCarbon Capital also participated in the round, which brings the London-based company’s total funding to €214 million.
Founded by former Revolut executives, Fuse Energy is a vertically integrated energy supplier that manages the entire value chain from generation to retail. The firm builds its own solar farms, develops proprietary trading algorithms, and currently supplies electricity to over 300,000 UK households. It is also developing a 1 GW generation pipeline to increase the supply of renewable power.
The company reports it has been EBITDA-positive since late 2025, reaching group-level profitability despite its rapid expansion. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) grew by 32% in the first quarter of 2026 to exceed €472 million. The new capital will support the company's growth in the UK market, including the establishment of a new 32,000 sq ft headquarters in London.
The deal reflects a maturing European energy landscape where investors are prioritising "end-to-end" platforms that combine software-driven grid optimisation with physical infrastructure and direct consumer distribution.
