Kohort raises €5.9M for mobile gaming AI agents

Kohort banked €5.9M ($7M) in a Series A round led by The Raine Group. The New York-based merchant bank previously supported the London-founded company at the seed stage and remains the primary backer in this latest injection of capital.

The company develops a predictive analytics and optimisation platform for the mobile gaming and consumer sectors. Its technology focuses on cohort-based forecasting and machine learning to help studios manage user acquisition (UA) spend. The new funds are earmarked for the development of autonomous AI agents designed to handle campaign optimisation and treasury management.

By using machine learning to predict long-term lifetime value (LTV) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), the software aims to replace manual marketing processes. The platform is used by game operators and finance teams to conduct due diligence for M&A and to identify high-value users, or "whales," amidst changing ad network algorithms.

The deal reflects a growing trend in the UK tech hub of applying autonomous agent frameworks to vertical-specific challenges, moving software from simple data visualisation to automated execution.
