Bunch raises €33.2M Series B to automate venture capital operations

Bunch banked €33.2M ($35M) Series B funding to scale its administrative platform for the private markets. The round is led by Headline, with participation from Picus Capital, Cherry Ventures, and Venista Ventures.

The Berlin-based fintech provides an end-to-end OS for venture capital and private equity firms to manage fund entities and investor relations. Its platform uses artificial intelligence to automate complex workflows and back-office tasks, such as regulatory compliance and financial reporting, which traditionally rely on manual manual input and spreadsheets.

Since its launch in 2021, the company has positioned itself as a digital alternative to legacy fund administrators. The new capital is earmarked for further product development, specifically enhancing its AI capabilities to handle jurisdictional differences and expanding its operations across international markets.

As private market assets continue to grow in complexity, European fund managers are increasingly turning to software-led solutions to remove the operational friction of capital deployment.
