Exhibitly raises €1.4M to personalise B2B event websites

Exhibitly secured €1.4 million in a pre-Seed round led by New School VC. The investment includes participation from 100IN, Allusion Ventures, and angel investors including Louis Jonckheere and Jeroen De Wit. The Ghent-based startup intends to use the capital to double its headcount and accelerate the international rollout of its software.

The company provides a personalisation layer for B2B event websites to convert prospective visitors into registered attendees. By entering a job title and company name, visitors receive a tailored report within ten seconds that highlights the speakers, exhibitors, and sessions most relevant to their specific professional background. The platform integrates with existing event sites without requiring deep technical overhauls.

Founded in 2025 by Hendrik Franck and Brent Coppens, the startup emerged after the founders shut down a previous event management project. Exhibitly reports it has been cashflow positive from its inception and currently serves over 100 events globally for organisers such as Informa, Easyfairs, and Hyve Group. Revenue is generated through a software-as-a-service model targeting the large-scale trade show and exhibition market.

This raise highlights a resilient trend in the Belgian ecosystem where founders are successfully repurposing EventTech stacks to meet specific B2B sales and conversion needs, moving beyond generalist planning tools toward high-intent marketing automation.
