PANTA secures €3.4M Seed to automate financial index management

PANTA banked €3.4 million in a Seed round to update high-level financial data infrastructure. The investment is split between €1.7 million in equity led by Fuel Ventures and a €1.7 million innovation loan from Innovate UK.

The London-based startup provides a SaaS platform for asset managers, index providers, and data firms to design and manage financial indices. Its system replaces manual workflows and legacy spreadsheets with automated tools for index calculation, rebalancing, and compliance reporting. The technology is designed to help institutions launch bespoke portfolios and indices in minutes rather than weeks.

The index industry currently underpins over €103 trillion in global assets, yet remains heavily dependent on fragmented technology. PANTA aims to digitise this entire value chain by combining front-end design tools with a scalable calculation engine. The startup has already commenced operations with its first live clients alongside established strategic partners.

This capital will be used to expand the engineering team and accelerate product development ahead of a planned Series A round in early 2027. PANTA's entry into the market reflects a growing trend of vertical SaaS platforms targeting the high-stakes, historically slow-moving segments of European capital markets infrastructure.
