Semble banked €35.8M (£30M) Series C funding in a round led by Revaia, with Partech also joining as a new investor. Existing backers Mercia Ventures and Octopus Ventures participated alongside Smedvig Ventures and Sextant Capital. This raise nearly doubles the London-based company’s capitalisation, following an €13.7M (£11.5M) Series B closed in late 2024.
The company provides a consolidated operating system for private outpatient healthcare providers, replacing fragmented legacy systems. Semble’s platform integrates scheduling, billing, clinical records, digital prescriptions, and reporting into a single interface. It currently connects with over 1,200 external tools, including diagnostic labs and CRM systems, to automate the workflow for clinics and hospital groups.
The infrastructure is now used by 16,000 professionals across 1,700 healthcare businesses, including Nuffield Health and London Doctors Clinic. According to the company, one in six people in the UK has received care from a clinician using the software. Semble has recently expanded into France, demonstrating its ability to adapt its clinical infrastructure to different European regulatory environments.
As patient demand for private healthcare grows due to long public-sector waiting lists, the digitisation of outpatient clinics represents a significant structural opportunity for European healthtech platforms to achieve essential infrastructure status.
